lyrics
Waking on a table of elemental fear
expressive as the hands that hold you
gasping for breath in a room of thinning air
your tired arms find ways around them
four lost days (space and time)
10 0 1 (in my mind)
progressive world exchanged for your life
stellar lines (astral signs)
side-real fire (in the sky)
bartering existence for truth
when two faceless men with painted on grins
come questioning your whereabouts (not where you would have been)
the archetype of grey, we're all sitting ducks
the majestic 12, a trade to abduct
fiery skies, opaque eyes

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
Knockout debut from a Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band who like their riffs sick, their drums fast, and their choruses sticky-sweet. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 28, 2024
New York hardcore meets classic thrash metal meets Jane's Addiction-esque alternative on the Brooklyn crushers' sensational debut. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 13, 2023

This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
